Monthly Maintenance

Surf Link Computer Solutions offers business contracts for any type of business, large or small. These contracts are designed to keep your computer system running smoothly, efficiently, and most of all, to keep your data safe.

For a monthly fee you’re guaranteed a certain number of hours (depending on your network size) for maintenance on your network; not limited to:
Maintenance on PC’s, Servers, Routers, etc...
Installation of equipment or software
Removal of malware, spyware and viruses
Removal of old equipment or software
Troubleshooting
Onsite and Offsite Backups of critical data
Emergency response
Troubleshooting

Your business will be visited once a month for monthly maintenance (not counted towards your guaranteed hours), in order to:

Defrag, reboot and establish fresh connections
Maintenance on PC’s, Servers, Routers Switches etc…
Installation of equipment or software
Removal of old equipment or software
